I am Iga Mazur and this is my website which contains works designed since 2015 until now.
The Residence is inhabited by digital artists' cooperative and immaterial artworks. The project speculates on digital and physical production, its maintenance, domesticity and storage in the City of London. It is a self-curated gallery within a domestic setting managed by the community itself.

The dirty on-site matter accumulates heat from servers, rigs and digital support in fat structures that act as a thermal mass. The fat walls become hollow to contain cabinets, and ducts and to be completed by artworks.

Domestic labour and reproduction control gender in the Roma community. The Palace under Maintenance assembles a women’s collective and with its domestic settings respects Roma culture and the traditional role of a woman within a family by supporting the production of dailiness.

The project investigates the heterogeneity and richness of the continuous ground floor conditions of the city where the limits between urban and domestic, public and private are diffused. The city is programmatically pulverized and operates in the post-work scenario in which leisure creates opportunities for the new social relationships beyond biological family to happen through the spatiality of the communal spaces.
